Family Support Groups

FAME offers free monthly family support groups across the GTA and Peel Region. These groups are for family members and caregivers, people who support a loved one experiencing a mental health concern. Support groups are an excellent way for caregivers to practice self-care, learn from others with similar experiences and build a supportive community. Groups are facilitated in a drop-in format by FAME’s family support workers.
